Oliver supported clients on IT transformation from 2020 - 2023 across the globe with a particular focus on Google, Amazon & Azure Cloud. His vast experience across both technology stacks and industry means he understands various industries and the calibre of tech profile required.

Oliver joins Oliver Peters as Founder and Lead Cloud, Data & Security Executive Consultant, bringing not only a high level of recruitment expertise, but offering his tailored advisory and tech consultancy.

With over twenty years’ experience within Recruitment and 35 years in Management.

Along with many responsibilities and duties, enjoying presenting and designing new projects that come to a fruitful conclusion, being innovative and staying ahead of our competitors in the marketplace.

Charlie is a technical recruitment consultant who has a passion for both technology and people. He spends his days connecting talented developers with top companies in the industry. When he's not working, you'll find Charlie cheering on his favorite football team, Arsenal.

He also loves to stay active and can often be found working out at the gym. At home, Charlie has two loving dogs, Teddy and Lulu, who are always eager to greet him at the door. Overall, Charlie is a driven, friendly, and active individual with a love for animals and sports.

Karen has over 20 years of experience supporting the account divisions within recruitment. Her experience and proficiency allows our clients and candidates to rest easy knowing their in safe hands.

Karen is a keen holiday goer with multiple trips per year, she enjoys experiencing diverse cultures.

Now part of the OP team, she is a natural warm leader with a desire to better herself each and every day.

Peter specialises in executive hiring including CTO, CIO and digital transformation leads across technology, placing high calibre profiles into global organisations. When Peter isn’t connecting with C-levels, he enjoys watching his local rugby team, Richmond, and is partial to a game of snooker.

Lesley is a skilled administrator with over 25 years of experience, specializing in recruitment services. Her passion for going the extra mile shines through in all of her work, both for her colleagues and clients. As a positive and vibrant presence in the office, Lesley brings a smile to everyone's face and makes even the toughest of days more enjoyable.

When Lesley isn't busy brightening up the office, you can find her spending time with her new husband Michael, exploring the world through travel. Her love for music, particularly 80's hits, often leads her to local festivals where she can be found letting loose on the dance floor. With her energy and enthusiasm for life, it's always a pleasure to have Lesley around.
