Oliver Peters Recruitment was founded named in honour of Peter Reginald Stevens, Oliver’s grandfather, and a Morse Code Technician in WWII. His legacy of precision, grit, and forward-thinking inspired the agency’s values, carried forward 80 years later into a business built for modern technology recruitment.
The agency is driven by a vision to deliver world-class recruitment for the most progressive companies in Telco, Media, and Software.
Before launching his own recruitment firm, Oliver worked as a Sales Consultant at Rackspace, partnerimg with premier cloud leaders including GCP, AWS and Microsoft Azure.
It was here that he exposed to some of the most complex, technology teams in the world. The innovation of these environments fascinated him, and sparked a passion for the people behind the platforms. Oliver didn’t just want to work in tech, he wanted to help build it by placing the talent that drives it forward.
